FENOM | SMALL GROUP TRAINING FOR WOMEN

Women’s training has evolved. We’ve moved beyond misconceptions that “women shouldn’t lift heavy” or that “cardio is the best way to burn fat”. Fenom is our answer to this evolution.

Our Quad format (4 trainees and 1 instructor) allows you to train with your coach and 3 like-minded teammates.  The program includes 2 Quad sessions and 1-2 solo workouts per week. The workouts feature a strong emphasis on technique, hands-on coaching and scalable workouts. Get ready to Squat, Deadlift, Lunge, Press, Pull and Carry.
