Semi-private personal training offers you a personalized experience at a fraction of the cost of one-on-one training. Semi-private training is available for groups of 2 or 3 people.

Enjoy the benefits of training with your spouse, friends, siblings or coworkers. It’s motivating, challenging and tons of fun.

Each semi-private personal training session is 60 minutes. The workouts are crafted and scaled for each participant’s fitness level. Sessions take place in our premium training facility in downtown Toronto.

HOW IT WORKS

Semi-Private Training starts with an initial discussion of your training background, goals, barriers, nutrition and lifestyle. From there we pair you up with the right coach.

Your coach will create a plan that’s adapted to you and your goals and you’ll work together to unlock the results you want.
