Semi-private training offers you a personalized experience at a fraction of the cost of one-on-one training. Enjoy the benefits of training with your spouse, friends, siblings or coworkers. It’s motivating, challenging and tons of fun.
Each semi-private personal training session is 60 minutes. The workouts are crafted and scaled for each participant’s fitness level. Sessions take place in our premium training facility in downtown Toronto.

Do I need to bring my own training partner?
Yes, with semi-private training you must already have a training partner. If you do not already have a training partner you might want to consider one of our other training options.
Can my training partner and I have different fitness goals?
Absolutely. Many of our semi-private training clients have different goals. Your coach will be able to customize each of your workouts, solo sessions and nutrition plans in order to address your specific needs and fitness goals.
Where and when do personal training sessions take place?
Our semi-private training sessions take place at Fit Squad Training, a state of the art facility in the heart of downtown Toronto. Training sessions take place at your convenience. The great thing about semi-private training is that it offers you a large amount of flexibility. Our personal trainers work early mornings, late evenings, during the day, and also during the weekend.
How is Semi-Private training different from Quad Training?
Semi-Private training sessions have a 2-to-1 trainer to coach ratio. Quad Training has a 4-to-1 trainer to coach ratio. The other main difference between the two training options is that with semi-private training you must already have your own training partner. With quad training you can join an existing group.
