Our Quad personal training program allows you to pursue your individual goals while training with 3 like-minded teammates.

We’ve combined the individual attention and personalization of personal training with the motivation of training in a small squad.

HOW IT WORKS

Do I need to bring my own training partner?

No, with quad training you do not need to already have a training partner. You can join an existing group (availability permitting).

 

How is Semi-Private training different from Quad Training?

Semi-Private training sessions have a 2-to-1 trainer to coach ratio. Quad Training has a 4-to-1 trainer to coach ratio. The other main difference between the two training options is that with semi-private training you must already have your own training partner. With quad training you can join an existing group.

Where and when do personal training sessions take place?

Our semi-private training sessions take place at Fit Squad Training, a state of the art facility in the heart of downtown Toronto. Training sessions take place at your convenience. The great thing about semi-private training is that it offers you a large amount of flexibility. Our personal trainers work early mornings, late evenings, during the day, and also during the weekend.
