Julian’s passion for movement is second to none.
He draws from 7 years of experience and education as a Personal Trainer, but has carved out a niche for himself as a movement specialist.
Julian’s approach centers around a movement practice called Animal Flow, but incorporates elements from multiple bodyweight-training disciplines. He is also a Fascial Stretch Therapist, which allows him to specifically address mobility restrictions and fast track his clients progress.
He believes that mobility is an essential aspect to ones training, but more importantly to lifein general.
