With over 10 years of experience and education, Aldo is Fit Squad’s lead trainer, as well as the head coach and co-founder of StrengthCamp, a small group strength & conditioning program for men.

Aldo’s training approach centers around the main lifts (Squat, Deadlift, Press) but also incorporates a wide range of training modalities such as metabolic conditioning, bodyweight training and kettlebell training.
