With a reputation for results, Julian’s coaching bridges bodyweight training, hypertrophy (muscle building), and mobility.

With over 12 years of experience as a Personal Trainer, he has built a reputation as a movement specialist dedicated to helping clients move better, get stronger, and achieve lasting results.

His training approach is grounded in bodyweight training but also incorporates strength training, hypertrophy (muscle-building) and mobility work. As a certified Fascial Stretch Therapist, Julian is able to address mobility restrictions directly and accelerate his clients’ progress.

Julian is a great trainer I highly recommend training with him. He has the knowledge and experience to help you reach your fitness / health goals. I'm in his 'quad' group training and we do circuit training with various free body movements while having fun. Good vibes all around. I highly recommend both the one on ones and the quad trainings.
