How do you pair me with the right personal trainer?

It’s our priority to match you with a personal trainer that is the right fit for your personality, fitness level and goals. We also factor in current injuries, health concerns, as well as gender requests (male or female). Using all the above info we match you with a personal trainer that we believe will be the perfect fit.

 

What is the initial consultation about?

The initial consultation is an opportunity for us to understand where you are coming from and what you want to achieve. It’s a chance for you to tell us about your goals, your health, experiences with fitness, lifestyle and nutrition. The better we understand you, the more effective we can be. The consultation is also an opportunity for you to learn more about us and our personal training program.

Where and when do personal training sessions take place?

Our personal training sessions take place at Fit Squad Training, a state of the art facility in the heart of downtown Toronto. Training sessions take place at your convenience. The great thing about personal training is that it offers you a large amount of flexibility. Our personal trainers work early mornings, late evenings, during the day, and also during the weekend.

 

How much does personal training cost?

Personal training memberships start at $200 per week. An a-la-carte single personal training sessions costs $130. For optimal results, we generally recommend 2-3 sessions per week. In addition to your 60 minute training sessions, our membership rates also includes solo gym workouts (with programming), a personalized nutrition plan, as well as access to our online training platform.
