Yaz's love for strength training developed through sports. He played foootball, soccer and basketball in high school and went on to become a successful varsity athlete at the University of Waterloo.
With a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, Yaz draws from deep understanding of anatomy, biomechanics and exercise physiology. His experience as a personal trainer has gained him knowledge and expertise not only in strength training but also in hypertrophy, weight loss and performance training.
Yaz has a proven track record of combining his education, experience as a personal trainer and athletic background to help his clients meet their goals.
