As someone whose worst grade in school was Phys-Ed, played zero sports growing up, and didn’t own a pair of athletic shoes through her entire 20’s, Lisa discovered in her 30’s that fitness didn’t suck!
Rather, it was by adding fitness into her life, in particular, strength training, that she was able to experience a multitude of benefits – improved physical and mental strength, increased confidence, and better stress management.
After spending a number of years in the corporate world Lisa transitioned into personal training. Today, you can find her regularly competing…and winning Strongman Competitions.
She is driven by her commitment to help others to discover that fitness, strength, and physical movement can benefit everyone at all stages in their life.
