As a former volleyball and swim coach, personal training was a natural progression for Jennifer to turn her love of fitness into a career.
Jennifer has had the pleasure of working with clients of all ages and fitness levels through one-on-one training, corporate group training and specialized group training, motivating them to push themselves beyond their personal limits.
As a highly accomplished Personal Trainer and Holistic Nutritionist with 10 years experience in the health and fitness industry, Jennifer continues to pursue her passion to empower women as a leader on female training. She is Head Coach of our Fenom Training program and one of Canada’s Nike Trainers.
Her certifications as a personal trainer range from hardstyle kettlebell, to Olympic Weightlifting, to pre & post-natal training.
As one of FIT SQUAD'S nutrition experts, she works with clients to develop a sustainable meal plan to complement their individualized program, thereby ensuring a customized plan for success!
