Aldo’s passion for all things weight training is unmatched.

If you are looking to gain muscle, drop body fat, or get seriously strong, he is unrelenting in the pursuit of his client’s goals. With over 10 years of experience and education, Aldo is Fit Squad’s lead trainer, as well as the head coach and co-founder of StrengthCamp, a small group strength & conditioning program for men.

Aldo’s training approach centers around the main lifts (Squat, Deadlift, Press) but also incorporates a wide range of training modalities such as metabolic conditioning, bodyweight training and kettlebell training.
