Our Level 1 and Level 2 Functional Build programs allows you to gain muscle without compromising on athleticism and performance. They will help you develop a strong athletic physique through functional fitness. Workouts feature a mix of Kettlebells, Olympic Rings, Barbells, dumbbells and bodyweight training.
Our Level 1 and Level 2 Strength programs are grounded in the main lifts (Barbell Squat, Deadlift and Bench Press) and features a ton of accessory work to fast track your progress. These are great programs for those who want to radically improve their lower body and upper body strength. The workouts feature a mix of Barbell, Dumbbell, Kettlebell and Bodyweight work.
KB CONDITIONING (Add-On)
Kettlebell Conditioning is a 2 day add-on program that will help you lean out, take your conditioning to the next level and improve your Kettlebell proficiency.
ARMS & CORE (Add-On)
Our 2-Day Arms & Core add-on is a great way to get the isolation work you need to develop your arms and create a rock-solid midline. It’s also a great way to complement all the squatting, pressing and pulling you should be doing on your other training days.
ABS & CONDITIONING (Add-On)
Our 2-Day Abs & Conditioning add-on is a great way to develop a rock-solid midline, drop body fat, and improve your conditioning . Workouts feature a mix of core isolation and bodyweight conditioning, in addition to work on the rowing machine, air bike and ski erg. It’s also a great way to complement all the squatting, pressing and pulling you should be doing on your other training days.
ATHLETIC METCON (Add-On)
Our 2-Day Athletic Metcon add-on is a sweaty mix of metabolic conditioning and athletic drills. It features high-intensity, interval-based workouts that are perfect for those who want to move better, drop body fat and improve athletic performance.
