HOW IT WORKS
Virtual Personal Training starts with a 30 min video call to discuss your goals as well as your training background, nutrition, lifestyle, access to equipment, etc. Based on your fitness level, goals and personality, we’ll pair you up with the right Fit Squad coach.
You and your coach will create a plan that’s specific to you and your goals—and together, you’ll work to unlock the results that you want.
- 60 min workouts with your designated trainer via zoom
- Equipment stack (Dumbbells, Kettlebell, Strength Band)
- Individualized training programs (including solo workouts)
- Personalized Nutrition Plan
- Check-ins and resources for nutrition and lifestyle
- Access to your coach, training programs, exercise demos, workout logs, etc, through our Online Training app
