Lift is our new online strength training class. It’s a full-body workout that will help you get strong, gain muscle and drop body fat. It requires a dumbbell, a kettlebell and a strength band (all of which are included in our persist membership).

Our Abs & Conditioning class is a great way to develop a rock-solid midline and catch a sweat. It’s also a great way to complement all the squatting, pressing and pulling you'll be doing on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Fenom is our all women's strength training class. It features a strong emphasis on technique and scalable workouts. Get ready to Squat, Hinge, Lunge, Press and Pull.
