KETTLEBELL INTENSIVE LEVEL 1
Our live online KB Intensive features 3 full body kettlebell workouts per week. Classes have a strong emphasis on technique and are designed to help you master the kettlebell, build functional strength, move better, and improve your overall fitness. It requires 1 kettlebell (included as part of our persist membership).
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 6pm via our online platform.
Lift is our new online strength training class. It’s a full-body workout that will help you get strong, gain muscle and drop body fat. It requires a dumbbell, a kettlebell and a strength band (all of which are included in our persist membership).

DUAL KETTLEBELL INTENSIVE LEVEL 3
Continue your immersion into the art of Kettlebell training. Led by StrongFirst Level 2 instructor Sathish Muneeswaran.
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 6pm via the zoom app.
*This intensive class requires a high level of proficiency with Kettlebells.
IRON & FLOW
Iron & Flow is a sweaty and primal mix of Animal Flow and Kettlebell. It’s a great class for those looking to balance out their lifting with some ground-based movement and unconventional training.
Saturdays at 10pm via our online platform.
