Lift is our new online strength training class. It’s a full-body workout that will help you get strong, gain muscle and drop body fat. It requires a dumbbell, a kettlebell and a strength band (all of which are included in our persist membership).
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6pm via our online platform.
Our live online KB Intensive features 3 full body kettlebell workouts per week. Classes have a strong emphasis on technique and are designed to help you master the kettlebell, build functional strength, move better, and improve your overall fitness. It requires 1 kettlebell (included as part of our persist membership).
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 6pm via our online platform.
Fenom is our all women's strength training class. It features a strong emphasis on technique and scalable workouts. Get ready to Squat, Hinge, Lunge, Press and Pull.
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7am via our online platform.
Continue your immersion into the art of Kettlebell training. Led by StrongFirst Level 2 instructor Sathish Muneeswaran.
