Our men’s group training program is carefully crafted to increase strength, drop body fat and build lean muscle. It features a strong emphasis on technique, hands-on coaching and scalable workouts for all levels.
The program draws from intensity and the camaraderie of group training, but offers a personalized experience that targets your specific fitness goals. This combination of teamwork and individual attention is what makes StrengthCamp so unique.
The workouts are grounded in fundamental movements (Squat, Deadlift, Upper Body Presses and Pulls) and use a combination of barbell, dumbbell and Kettlebell work. They also include bodyweight exercises (Pull-ups, Dips, Push Ups, etc), as well as high intensity interval training.
Schedule: Mondays 7:30pm, Tuesdays 7pm, Wednesdays 7:30pm, Thursdays 7pm, Fridays 5:30pm
