Our Hybrid class is a high-intensity, strength and conditioning workout that combines dumbbell, kettlebell and bodyweight training. Like all of our classes it is grounded in strength training, but also features a ton of metabolic conditioning. It’s a full-body workout that will help you break through plateaus and crush your goals.
