We use a variety of local parks that provide their own source of 'exercise equipment'. Whether it be sprints in the sand, stair runs, chin ups on bars, dips on benches or gravity resistance exercises on hills, we know where to go. Not only do you save on a gym membership but you also get the added benefit of exercising outdoors.
