Fit Squad Small Group Training offers you personalized fitness at a fraction of the cost of regular training.


  • Exercise in a group of 3 to 6 people with the guidance of a skilled personal trainer.
  • Enjoy the benefits of exercising with others - motivation, challenge, and fun!
  • 1 - 4 sessions per week (2 sessions recommended for full fitness benefit)
  • Exercise with friends and family or join a new group
  • Maximum cost of $35

Session Cost


Group Size of 3 = $35 per person

Group Size of 4 = $30 per person

Group Size of 5 = $25 per person

Group Size of 6 = $20

 

Schedule

 

If you have created your own small group, we will do our best to create a schedule that works for your group. We recommend between 1 to 4 times per week with a Fit Squad trainer.
