How do you pair me with a trainer that is best suited for me?
It is our priority to match you with a trainer that you will feel comfortable training with and that is best suited to your needs and fitness goals. In order to assign the best trainer we examine your specific requirements in regards to fitness goals, gender requests (male or female), and injuries/health concerns. Using this information we match you with a trainer that we believe best suits you. We provide profiles of each trainer on our site, so if there is a trainer you are specifically interested in training with we will of course pair you with them.
How do you organize a day and time for the complimentary consultation?
After we have assigned the most suitable trainer to you, we will pass on your contact details to that trainer so that they can contact you directly to set up a time and day for the consultation that best suits you and your schedule.
How does the complimentary consultation and free training session work?
We offer you the chance to meet with a trainer for a consultation and to experience a full 1-hour personal training session with them. This is the best way for you to get to know the trainer, their style, and to determine whether you would like to continue to train with them.
During the consultation, the trainer will discuss your goals, your health history, any injuries you may have, and nutrition. They will then have you complete a very short health questionnaire to make sure it is safe to take you through a fitness session. Following this your trainer will take you through a 1 hour personal training session to show you exactly how future sessions would be and what you can expect from them. After the personal training session the trainer will discuss options for training based on their discussion and will give you a full explanation of how the training packages work and what your various options are.
Where can I have the personal training sessions?
Our trainers are mobile and can train you at your home/condo, in a local park close to your residence or office, or in a private personal training studio that is located at
What should I bring to the complimentary consultation and free training session?
All you need to bring is a bottle of water and a towel. Due to the fact that you will experience a full training session you will either need to come ready in your exercise clothes or bring some clothes to change in to.
At which times can I have my personal training sessions?
The great thing about customized personal training is that if offers you a large amount of flexibility. Our trainers work early mornings, late evenings, during the day, and also during the weekend. All you need to do is discuss with your trainer what works best for you and they will do their best to schedule sessions that are convenient for you both.
When can I expect to see results?
Fit Squad guarantees that you will see results when you train with us, however this is a question that only your personal trainer can answer for you. Each person has different needs, fitness backgrounds, goals, and training schedules and for this reason it is only your personal trainer (who gets to know you well) that can give you a good estimate of when you can achieve your goals by.
How long are the personal training sessions?
A personal training session is exactly 1 hour long. The initial consultation may run for a little longer because your trainer will have a discussion with you both before and after the sessions. |
