Toronto Personal Trainer - Yaz

Yaz's love for strength training developed through sports. He played foootball, soccer and basketball in high school and went on to become a successful varsity athlete at the University of Waterloo.

His experience has gained him knowledge and expertise not only in strength training but also in body building, weight loss and performance training.

With a Bachelors of Sciences degree in Kinesiology, he has a proven track record of combining both his athlete experiences as well as his education to help his clients meet their goals.
