From coaching volleyball to swimming to being a life-saving course instructor, it was a natural progression for Jennifer to turn her love of fitness into a career. As a former boot camp instructor, Jennifer has had the pleasure of working with clients of all ages and fitness levels, motivating them to push themselves to their personal limits.

Certified as a personal trainer, pre & post-natal instructor, olympic weight lifting and kettlebell instructor, and having taken courses in Joint Mobility and Movement, Jennifer continues to bring up-to-date training to each session -- keeping you excited, your body guessing and your mind focused.

Jennifer is also a Holistic Nutritionist and helps to educate clients on the importance of a whole foods diet to obtain optimal health. She maintains that achieving your maximum potential is not just a simple goal -- it is a lifestyle; mind, body and food!

As one of FIT SQUAD'S nutrition experts, she works with clients to develop a sustainable meal plan to complement their individualized program, thereby ensuring a customized plan for success!
