Known for having an "engine than never quits," Erina competes in Cross Fit competitions and has been a runner for over 20 years. The experience of running marathons has taught her about staying positive, persevering and the importance of having a combination of strength and mobility to keep you injury free and on track to your goals.
Using her own style of high energy, motivation and tough love, Erina has over 10 years of experience teaching bootcamps and personal training, she makes every training session creative, exciting and challenging.
