But before I begin, I would like you to know that I have joined several gyms and even hired a few personal trainers to help me get into shape in the past. My goal was to put on lean mass so I can look and feel better about myself. Nothing ever worked. The personal trainers were not motivating – all they did was stand there and count my reps. After several months of going to the gym consistently, and doing what I felt was a comprehensive workout, I gave up as I saw no results.
One day I thought that I would give it one last shot. I went online and searched for “Personal Trainers in Toronto”. A whole bunch of results returned, but I zeroed in on Fit Squad. I saw that your organization was featured on CityTV, so I knew it had to be special. I registered online and got a response within 24 hours from you advising me that you have set me up with a trainer named Joe. Within the first 15 minutes of our session, I was hooked! Joe wasted no time in testing my boundaries. The routines and exercises that he implemented were absolutely incredible! We never do the conventional exercises that most trainers use with their clients. Joe always puts his personal spin on things. His ideas are so fresh and innovative. He always pushes my body to its limits and gives me inspiration to go further. Mind you, I hate him for the hour that we are together, but after our workout, I feel awesome. In addition to the exercises, Joe also taught me how to eat right to suit my goals. He sat me down and explained everything to me in detail and answered any questions I threw at him. He told me where I could go in the city to buy the foods I needed. After the first 6 or 7 sessions, I noticed a difference in the shape of my body. I gained 10 pounds of lean muscle in only 2 months. I started seeing lines in places I had given up on years ago. Most importantly, my friends and teammates have noticed a change in my frame as well as my self-confidence – and that, in my opinion, is priceless! I am so glad I made the decision to try this again, because I feel better than I ever have, and I have no one to thank but Joe. He is an incredible trainer – very motivating and very professional. Training with Christine has changed my life! When I started training with Christine I had minimal energy and back pain. Christine consulted with me on my targets with fitness training and she setup a program catered to these targets. I felt very confident with Christine’s method of training right from the beginning…she knows when to change the program or when to give me that extra push…a perfect balance.
Thanks to Christine I can honestly say that I have met my goals and more. I now have an abundance of extra energy, my back pain has subsided, I probably lost about 30 pounds or more, and I absolutely love to workout.
