As a former health reporter/anchor for Global News, Allison has a solid understanding of how one's fitness level impacts their quality of life. A former dancer, and professional cheerleader, Allison turned her attention to weight training after the birth of her first child 10 years ago. Now, certified as a Professional Training Specialist, Allison motivates others to attain and surpass their fitness goals. Whether it be to lose weight, tone up, or prepare for a fitness test, Allison's workouts are effective, fun, safe and unique. She enjoys working with new moms, people uncomfortable or unable to exercise in a traditional gym, and anyone who wants to be challenged.
