After looking at your medical history (to ensure you can exercise without any health risk) begin the workout. We will not ask you to do any kind of exercise you are not capable of or do not feel comfortable with. You will be professionally guided and supervised to avoid any chance of injury. Your complimentary workout will give you an exact idea of the efficiency of our training methods while providing us with clear insight to your current fitness levels and future potential.
